IN TEARS but....THERE IS A LITTLE SOMETHING THAT MAKES IT ALL GO AWAY

Hello everyone I guess I am back...sigh  It has been a long week not to mention a few more longer ones ahead.  Let me first start off with the bad news.  Today I received a package in the mail something I had been waiting on for sometime now.  A scrub board, an old vintage scrub board I wanted to use as a prompt for my setup at the doll shows.  Instead from the photos this is what I got

The labels on the box reads received unsealed and damaged during handling.  I have contacted the seller who is on Etsy I really sometimes spend a little too much time buying on there really I do I only sold one item there but gosh have a brought a lot there.  I love Etsy and this is only the second time I have experienced a bad sell.  Then I had another box and JOY JOY JOY down in my heart it made all the tears fade away spoke to me and said it will be okay
Just look at my Joy isn't she the sweetest girl you could ever lay your eyes on.  I had to show Joy what had me so upset
She too was at disbelief.  I don't know what else to even say at this point.  Madame Samm Thank you so much for sending me Joy.  She will be traveling with me on Friday to a show I am going to be doing at a Senior Citizens Home.  Ladies she also smells wonderful.  I love her Samm.  I also did a show this past Sunday but my camera was not cooperating I did manage to salvage two pictures.  This is my girlfriend Joyce and I, and this is one of the dolls I sold Sugar.

The Church that gives this show every year for Black History Month is very old it was built in 1928. I want to learn a lot more about it and I met a member whose family are the original members of the church so I will diffently doing a few dolls about a few of her family members.  I am almost done with a set of dolls that I can not wait to show off.  I will give updates on the outcome of my scrub board issue.
Peace and Blessings
Cheryl....Snatch JOY~!

  2. Cheryl, I am sorry about your scrub board. I wonder what happened to have damaged it so much? Looks like some one played football with the package. I am glad Joy was there to make it all better.
